Like if a raw card is worth $100 Then a PSA 8 is worth $100. A PSA 9 is worth $300. A PSA 10 is worth $700. I'm having a hard time finding comps for some of these newer cards. So it does seem strange that the 9 can be worth 10 to 20% of the value of the 10. From that angle there could be zero difference at all between a 9 and a 10. .
